Submitting work to CitID


You retain all of your ownership rights to your submitted work. However, by submitting you grant CitID the right to display your work. You are solely responsible for your own submission and the consequences of posting or publishing them. We will do what we can to avoid any illegal distribution of work copied from the website, but CitID can not take the full responsibility if situations as described occurs. Submitting work does not guarantee that it will be displayed on CitID.net. If we find the content of your work to be unsuitable for the purpose of CitID, we will not use it.

Copyright


All artwork posted to the website must be original and designed by the submitter. All artwork are the sole responsibility of the person who originally send us the submission. CitID is not responsible for any damage you may suffer as a result of your submission (e.g. copyright infringements). Do not submit work that is not yours or contains elements that might conflict with copyright restrictions. We stress this to avoid dealing with copyright issues.

Redistribution of content


You may only use the content from www.citid.net for your personal, non-commercial use. Submitted work is the property of the artist and thus may be redistributed by the artist as he/she wishes. The collection, idea and concept as displayed on www.citid.net is the property of CitID. The collection as a whole may not be displayed outside of www.citid.net and any kind of redistribution should be limited to no more than ten different works from the website. When content of the website is redistributed you must include the name of the project (CitID - Honour your city) and a link to the website (www.citid.net). You may not alter or modify any part of the content. You are encouraged to quote from the website and to help the community grow by inspiring people to participate.
